My Story

 

I am Anna - London-based yoga teacher and nutritional therapist. I’ve been teaching Vinyasa and Yin for groups and individuals for over 5 years. My own yoga journey became a powerful transformation and helped me to start living life fully and with an open heart. Sharing that knowledge through my teaching is the biggest pleasure I have.

 

Following three years of study at a leading nutrition school, I developed a unique program called Mind.Body Therapie to help people embrace mindful eating in a joyful and accessible way. I firmly believe that everything that manifests in the body first begins in the mind. By combining my expertise in yoga and meditation with a science-based nutritional approach, I guide others in discovering the incredible benefits of mindful and healthy eating. This approach empowers individuals to unlock their potential and become the best versions of themselves.

I believe that in a world of modern maladies caused by work and lifestyle, food and self care are often the best medicine. Cooking for others or nourishing your own body with a rich meal is another great way of practicing your yoga off the mat and I will be delightful to teach you how.
