I firmly believe that the journey to mindful eating should begin not in the kitchen or the gym, but within our minds. Many of us already know what we need to do to have a healthy diet: how many calories to eat, what to exclude, what to add. Yet we often find ourselves trapped by external factors—no time, no space, no energy. These barriers are not truly external; they are reflections of our mental state.

My own journey to mindful eating began on the yoga mat. It wasn’t about building muscles or burning calories through exercise. Yoga helped me to align my mind with my body. As my mind slowed down and I learned to listen to my body, my body began to speak up, and I was finally able to hear it. This newfound listening allowed me to understand what my body truly needed.

I believe, that making inner or outer changes doesn't have to be hard work. It shouldn't be painful or difficult. Instead, think of this program as an exciting adventure toward a better version of yourself.

This principle guides my work as a nutritionist. I always start with the mind, then move to the body. No matter how perfect a nutritional plan is, without the motivation to follow it, it remains just a nice piece of paper.

Therefore I developed a bespoke Mind.Body.Therapie program for these who would like to get on the path of healthy eating and align their mind with the body.
